The Board of Commissioners will consider the sale of the property for the purchase price of $40,000 an acre and a $1,000,000 incentive grant payable over ten (10) years in exchange for the company's commitment to invest a total of $36,400,000 in capital improvements and create 16 jobs in Wayne County.
