- To Receive Public Comments Regarding an Economic Development Agreement between Wayne County and Wayne County Development Alliance, Inc. for the development of a pad ready site and construction of warehouse on Lot 6 of the Wayne County Business Campus in Goldsboro, NC.
- Motion to Approve Change Order #1 for the Perimeter Fence project, and appropriate budget amendment. This will be 90% funded by a state grant.
- Motion to Approve Amendment #1 for Work Authorization #14 for design and bidding for the Airfield Drainage Improvements - Phase 2 project, and appropriate budget amendment. This will be funded 90% by an FAA grant.
- Establish a Public Hearing on February 18, 2025 at 9:30am to receive public comments on an amendment to Sections 41, 50.8, and 50.12 of the Wayne County Zoning Ordinance to reflect changes related to airport height overlays.
