- 9:30 a.m. Public Hearing - To receive public comments regarding an economic incentive agreement with Prolec-GE Waukesha (Project Bull). The Board of Commissioners will consider a $5,500,000 incentive grant payable over ten (10) years in exchange for the company’s commitment to invest $140,000,000 in capital improvements and create 330 jobs in Wayne County.
