- Motion to Approve NCDOT Inspection and Review Agreement for new Rosewood Middle School Traffic Light, and appropriate budget amendment.
- Motion to Approve the Wayne County Volunteer Fire Department Funding Agreements for all Wayne County Volunteer Fire Departments, as represented by the one attached agreement. All agreements will be included in the final minutes.
- Motion to Reject Davis Kane's proposed Change Order #6 for the HVAC, flooring, and bleacher work at Rosewood Middle School.
- Motion to Approve Change Order #2 for the Parking Lot Drainage Improvements Project. The change order has been approved by the Division of Water Infrastructure and adds $34,911.07 to the project, which will be funded 100% by State ARPA funds, and appropriate budget amendment.
- Motion to Approve Change Order #2 for the Perimeter Fence Project. The Change Order has been approved by the Division of Aviation (DOA) and adds $11,651.80 to the project, with 90% funded by the State Aid Grant awarded for the project, and appropriate budget amemdment.
- Establish a Public Hearing on October 7, 2025 at 9:30am to receive public comments on an amendment to the Wayne County Electronic Gaming Operations Ordinance to remove accessory gaming and add setback restrictions for tobacco/hemp retail operations.
