The Board of Commissioners will consider a $8,450 incentive grant payable over three (3) years in exchange for the company's commitment to invest $455,000 in capital improvements and create 13 jobs in Wayne County.
- To receive public comments regarding an economic incentive agreement with Goshen Engineering. The Board of Commissioners will consider a $45,000 incentive grant payable over three (3) years in exchange for the company's commitment to invest $3,912,601 in capital improvements and create 25 jobs in Wayne County.
- Motion to establish a public hearing on March 17, 2026 at 9:15 a.m in the Commissioners' Meeting Room in the Wayne County Courthouse Annex, 224 E. Walnut Street, Goldsboro, North Carolina, to receive public comments on an Economic Development Agreement between Wayne County and the Wayne County Development Alliance, Inc. to construct a 50,000 square foot shell building on Lot 6 in the ParkEast Industrial Park.
