The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comments regarding the 2<sup id="isPasted">nd</sup> Amendment to an existing Economic Development Agreement between the City of Goldsboro and the County of Wayne regarding ParkEast Industrial Park Lot 6 (portion of Wayne County PIN: 3529211787).
- Motion to Approve Change Order #1 for the Airfield Drainage Improvements Phase 2, and appropriate budget amendment. This will be 90% funded by grant funds.
- Motion to approve the lease of 224 Aviation Road and 236 Aviation Road, located at the Wayne County Executive Jetport, to Wayne Community College for a period not to exceed ten years.
