Walnut Street, Goldsboro, North Carolina, to receive public comments regarding economic incentives for Project Pioneer. The Board of Commissioners will consider an incentive grant of up to 30% of new real and personal property tax revenues payable over ten (10) years in exchange for the company's commitment to invest up to $756,000,000 in capital improvements and create up to 9 jobs in Wayne County.
- Motion to Approve a Resolution Supporting the Elimination of Property Taxes on Primary Residential Properties and Replacing Lost Property Tax Revenue through State Funding or Local Sales Tax Authority.
