  1. To receive public comments regarding an economic incentive agreement for Project Site and the sale of Lots 7A and 7C in the ParkEast Industrial Park (41.17 acres). The Board of Commissioners will consider the sale of the property for $2,500,000 and an economic incentive grant up to $1,300,000 payable over ten years in exchange for the company's commitment to invest a total of $49,191,000 in capital improvements and create 188 jobs in Wayne County. The Board may choose to take action following the public hearing.
  2. Motion to Approve the new five (5)-year contract with Axon, as recommended by the Sheriff's Office
  3. Motion to Approve Updates to the Wayne Executive Jetport FBO and appropriate budget amendment, as requested by the Facilities Committee.
  4. Motion to Approve the Wayne County Detention Center Parking Lot Addition and appropriate budget amendment, as recommended by the Facilities Committee.
  5. To receive public comments on an amendment to Chapter 38 of the Wayne County Code of Ordinances entitled Flood Damage Prevention to require all new residential construction located within FEMA X Zones (Shaded and Unshaded) to be elevated at least two (2) feet above the highest adjacent grade which would include areas located outside the 100-year flood plain and/or floodway. The Board may take action following the public hearing.
  6. Motion to Approve the sale of surplus property located at 204 N. Virginia Street, Goldsboro, NC (PIN: 2599768954) as requested by the City of Goldsboro.
  7. Motion to amend the Board of Commissioners' regular meeting schedule to reschedule the December 1, 2026 meeting to December 7, 2026.
  8. Motion to Approve the Addition of Phillips Ridge Lane, Oak Tree Lane, Grand Oaks Drive, and Red Maple Place, in the Grand Oaks Subdivision, to the State Maintenance System, as requested by NCDOT.
