  1. Consider Approval of Memorandum of Agreement with North Carolina State University for Cooperative Extension - Paul McKenzie, Interim Cooperative Extension Director
  2. Consider Approval of Budget Amendment #3 (see attached) to the FY 2024 Budget Ordinance is being presented for approval. This amendment does the following:General Fund Balance for FY23 carry-over:Appropriates $ 2,900 from Library State Aid Grant unspent last FY.Appropriates $ 43,000 from IT Infrastructure for email migration invoice incurred last FY and paid in this FY.Appropriates $ 233,862 to Warren County Schools Capital Outlay budgeted last FY and unspent until this FY. </li></ol> <br><strong>General Fund Balance for FY24 Expenses:</strong><br><ol><li> Appropriates $26,000 from Equitable Sharing Fund for Sheriff Vehicle Purchase. These funds are kept in the General Fund Balance and budgeted as spent.Appropriates $27,500 to Finance for MUNIS Upgrades to adhere to strategic plan for technological advancement withing the County. Revenue: Reduces ROAP Grant Revenue and Expenditures by $27,821 based on the Grant Funding received this FY. This is necessary to ensure categories are not over-spent. Moving Funds Within Departments: Moving $70,000 from Courthouse major building repair that won’t occur this year to a space assessment feasibility study as well as repairs on the Hendricks House as needed this FY.
