Goodrich to amend Section 7.2.2, Size and Arrangement, of the Supplemental Regulations for Cottage Courts to establish an alternative to the graduated height and habitable area requirements, allowing all cottage units to be limited to one story and a maximum of 1,000 square feet of habitable floor area.
