Call for a Public Hearing for a text amendment to update the Zoning Ordinance-Chapter 7-Section 7.1 Note 5 to rework the standards associated with townhomes, and to make this Section clearer, and to update Chapter 6, Table of Permitted Uses, Section 6.6 & Section 7.1, as well as Chapter 3, Section 3.26 to provide updated definitions for multifamily uses. The latter update would provide buffer standards for utility equipment and storage yards, and provide a new note for this use, Note # 39. Case #TA-25-2.
