Public Hearing for a text amendment to update the Zoning Ordinance Chapter 7, Section 7.1 Note 5 to rework the standards associated with townhomes, and to make this Section clearer, and to update Chapter 6, Table of Permitted Uses, Section 6.6 & Section 7.1. The latter update would provide buffer standards for utility equipment and storage yards, and provide a new note for this use. Case #TA-25-2.
6. Presentation of the OSHA Public Sector SHARP 10-Year Recertification Award to the Mount Holly Police Department
