5. <strong><u>PLHR-2027-00045</u> — The Historic District Commission is requested to consider a Certificate of Appropriateness request from Damien and Deana Ristaino requesting approval to replace all the wood and metal siding on the existing barn in the rear yard of 506 S. Church Street with fiber cement siding. (Parcel ID # 09-234-109)
6. <u><strong>PLHR-2027-00040</strong></u><strong> — The Historic District Commission is requested to consider a Certificate of Appropriateness request from Carlos V. Espionosa to construct an elevated 25’ x 30’ rooftop patio structure and restrooms over the rear patio at 215 S. Main Street. The applicant has also requested to construct a wood or composite screen wall at the base of the staircase to the elevated rooftop patio. (Parcel ID # 09-232-075A)
