- Design-Build Contract, LFD Building Foundation Stabilization: Staff recommends execution of the Agreement Between Owner and Design-Builder on the Basis of a Stipulated Price (EJCDC Document C-520-2018), with GeoSpecialties LLC for Design-Build Services for the Lenoir Fire Department Station #1 Building Foundation Stabilization Project related to stormwater repair with a total contract amount of $1,880,000.00. Following a thorough review and evaluation of vendor statement of qualifications submittals, GeoSpecialties LLC was selected at the July 28, 2026 Council meeting as the most qualified vendor to provide Design-Build services for the project.
