Approval Change Order Number One, Finley Area Water System Improvements; This change order results in an increase of the original contract amount, $2,063,700, by $22,224.18, resulting in a final contract price of $2,091.924.18. Project contingency funds will be used to cover the increase. Staff recommends to approve the change order, as submitted.
2. Update: David Coffey, Director of Special Projects and Grants
3. The calendar for the month of October is provided in the packet as information.
4. Lenoir Business Advisory Board: The Lenoir Business Advisory Board met on Thursday, September 10. Minutes of the August 13, 2026, meeting are submitted as information. The next meeting will be on Thursday, October 8, at City Hall, Third Floor Conference room at 6:00 p.m.<br><br>Economic & Main Street Director Brenda Floyd will present a report of the meetings and current projects.
