1. <strong><u>Consideration of a Contract with Vertosoft</u></strong><br>City Council is requested to consider a contract with Vertosoft in the amount of $104,357.50 for the annual renewal of subscription-based Zendesk services, with a total cost of $208,715, and authorize the appropriate City Official(s) to execute all necessary documents. (Recommended by the Finance Committee)
2. <strong><u>Human Relations Commission Humanitarian Award</u></strong><br>Human Relations Commission Chair, Sharon McGregor, will introduce the 2025 award winner and present them with a plaque.
