  2. <strong><u>Consideration of a Contract with Imagine Design & Production Services, Inc.</u></strong><br>City Council is requested to consider a contract with Imagine Design & Production Services, Inc. in the amount of $134,842.16 to replace and update theatre equipment and authorize appropriate City Official(s) to execute all necessary documents. (Recommended by the Finance Committee)
  3. <strong><u>Consideration of a Purchase from Alfred Williams & Company</u></strong><br>City Council is requested to consider a purchase from Alfred Williams & Company in the amount of $176,671.59 for furniture for the Center for Active Adults and authorize the appropriate City Official(s) to execute all necessary documents. (Recommended by the Finance Committee)
  4. <strong><u>Consideration of a Purchase with National Equipment Dealers, LLC </u></strong><br>City Council is requested to consider a purchase with National Equipment Dealers, LLC in the amount of $259, 869.71 for a Hyundai HL940A wheel loader, declare the current wheel loader surplus, dispose of the current wheel loader through the online auction process, and authorize the appropriate City Official(s) to execute all necessary documents. (Recommended by the Finance Committee)
  5. <strong><u>Consideration of Approval of a Task Order with Alta Planning + Design, Inc. </u></strong><br data-pasted="true">City Council is requested to consider approval of a task order with Alta Planning + Design, Inc. in the amount of $130,000 for the development of the City's Pedestrian and Bicycle Action Plan and authorize the appropriate City Official(s) to execute all necessary documents. (Recommended by the Finance Committee)
  6. <strong><u>Presentation of Employer Support of the Guard and Reserves Award</u></strong><br>Representatives from the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) will present Mayor Cyril Jefferson with an award recognizing his leadership and support of National Guard and Reserve Service Members.
