1. <strong><u>Consideration of a Substantial Amendment to the 2019-2020 Annual Action Plan</u></strong><br>City Council is requested to schedule a public hearing for September 21, 2026, to receive public comment on a substantial amendment to the 2019-2020 Annual Action Plan to reallocate $452,154 in Community Development Block Grant – Coronavirus (CDBG-CV) funds from Public Facilities and Community Capacity Building Technical Assistance to Public Services. This item will go before City Council for approval on October 5, 2026.
