- <strong><u>Approval of Reappointments to the High Point Housing Authority Board of Commissioners</u></strong><br>City Council is requested to approve the reappointments of Charity Bunting and Tiffany Southerland to the High Point Housing Authority Board of Commissioners. Terms will be effective December 22, 2026, and expire on December 22, 2031.

- <strong><u>Public Hearing Regarding a Substantial Amendment to the 2019-2020 Annual Action Plan</u></strong><br>City Council is requested to conduct a public hearing for September 21, 2026, to receive public comment on a substantial amendment to the 2019-2020 Annual Action Plan to reallocate $452,154 in Community Development Block Grant – Coronavirus (CDBG-CV) funds from Public Facilities and Community Capacity Building Technical Assistance to Public Services.
