Public Hearing - Page/Miami Design District Text Amendment to the Unified Development Ordinance - This text amendment is proposed in conjunction with the staff initiated zoning map change for the area southeast of Research Triangle Park (RTP) between NC Highway 54, Davis Drive, Hopson Road, Page Road, and South Miami Boulevard to encourage multimodal transit-oriented development and support future publicly funded transportation projects.
