8. Accept additional Child Fatality Case Reporting and Prevention Funds in the amount of $526 (totaling $2,475) and approve the associated budget amendment.

Approve the Contract for Consultant Services Community Development Block Grant Neighborhood Revitalization (CDBG-NR) Program CDBG Project Number 21-C-4011 Amendment No 1 - Program Amendment, Environmental Review, and Construction Management between Duplin County and Insigh Consulting Group, LLC (formerly Insight Planning & Development) and authorize the County Planner, Finance Officer, and Interim County Manager to sign.
