3. Approval to Move Forward Using the Design-Build Method of Delivery for Construction of a 30,000SF Shell Building at AirPark. Upon a Final Recommendation by Duplin EDC and County Attorney Review, Authorize the County Manager and Deputy County Manager to Execute the Design-Build Contract. Authorize the Director to Sign $0.00 Change Orders for the Project.
4. Approve an Airport Capital Project Ordinance Amendment and authorize the Chairman to sign.
5. Accept SUPTRS Additional Funds in the amount of $5,000; authorize the Chairman to sign the Amendment to Statement of Work with Trillium Health Resources; and approve the associated budget amendment.
6. Approve a contract amendment between Duplin County and ACI Support Specialists, LLC and authorize the Chairman to sign.
7. Accept Child Health - AA 351 Additional Funding in the amount of $3,590.00; authroize the Health Director to sign the associated Agreement Addendum; and approve the associated budget amendment.
8. Accept Food & Lodging - AA 874 Funding in the amount of $19,232.00; authorize the Health Director to sign the associated Agreement Addendum; and approve the associated budget amendment.
9. Approve a Memorandum of Agreement between Duplin County Health Department and Onslow County Health Department; authorize the Health Director to sign upon approval by the County Attorney; and approve the assoicated budget amendment.
10. Accept Maternal Health - AA 101 Revision #1 Funding in the amount of $5,417.00; authorize the Health Director to sign the associated Agreement Addendum; and approve the associated budget amendment.
11. Accept Family Planning - AA 151 Revision #2 Funding in the amount of $3,590.00; authorize the Health Director to sign the associated Agreement Addendum; and approve the associated budget amendment.
12. Approve a contract between Duplin County Health Department and Brown Outdoor Advertising, LLC; authorize the Health Director to sign upon approval by the County Attorney; and approve the associated budget amendment.
13. Accept Public Health Infrastructure - AA 117 Revision #1 Funding in the amount of $38,951; authorize the Health Director to sign the associated Agreement Addendum; and approve the associated budget amendment.
14. Approve a contract between Duplin County Health Department and Jarman Outdoor Advertising, LLC; authorize the Health Director to sign upon approval by the County Attorney; and approve the associated budget amendment.
15. Recognition of Mr. Harvey Knowles 2026 Governor's Medallion Award for Volunteer Service
16. Duplin County 2024 CDBG-NR Reconstruction Award for 186 Willie Best Road, Mount Olive and authorize the Interim County Manager to sign the contract agreement.
17. Duplin County 2024 CDBG-NR Reconstruction Award for 455 Carter Thigpen Rd, Mount Olive authorize the Interim County Manager to sign the contract agreement.
