Budget Amendment-Security Upgrades Town Hall Renovations PURPOSE: In the FY 2023-24 budget adopted on June 20, 2023 Council approved the appropriation of $1,000,000 in unassigned fund balance to be used for the purpose of Town Hall Renovations. $145,000 of this funding will be appropriated for the purpose of Security Upgrades in the Capital Projects Fund.
