1. <strong>Public Hearing - Text Amendment (Chapter 52) Water Shortage Conservation:</strong> City Council will hold a public hearing to hear public comment regarding a text amendment to Code of Ordinances Chapter 52, Water Shortage Conservation Provisions.
2. <strong>Approval of Minutes</strong>: City Council will consider adopting the Meeting minutes of the August 25, 2026 Work Session.
3. <strong>Approval of Minutes</strong>: City Council will consider adopting the Meeting minutes of the August 10, 2026 Regular Session.
4. <strong>Street Closure - Trunk or Treat</strong>: City administration is requesting the temporary closure of the 100 Block of West and East Virginia Avenue for the Halloween Trunk or Treat event on Saturday, October 31st, 2026.
5. <strong>Resolution- SRF Funding Application</strong>: City Council will consider adopting a resolution supporting development and submission of a water and sewer funding application.
6. <strong>Resolution- CIP Update</strong>: City Council will consider adopting a resolution regarding an update to the 10 year Capital Improvements Plan (CIP) that is part of a previously adopted Asset Management Plan (AMP).
7. <strong>Recognition of Mason Wilder</strong>: City Council will recognize Mason Wilder for his outstanding achievement as the 2026 Senior Riding World Champion at the Youth Bull Riding World Finals.
