1. Request board approve Chief Technology Officer, Ken Marshall to sign yearly renewal agreement with NeoGov for software maintenance and licensing.
2. Request board approve chair to sign Amendment Two (Amendment) to Task Order 24-25-5-21-014-0 (TO) between the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS) and the Missoula City-County Health Department (MCCHD) for the provision of WIC program services, including general WIC services, the Farmers Market Nutrition Program, and Breastfeeding Peer Counselor Services. Compensation to MCCHD in the amount of $1,250,174 includes the original TO amount of $567,955 plus the additional funding of $6,500 for Breastfeeding Peer Counselor Seervices in Amendment One, and $675,719 for provision of WIC program services in Amendment Two.
