2. Request board approve Amendment No. 3 to Task Order No. 5 for an amount of $3,242 with HDR Engineering, Inc. for the Sunset West Water System Improvement Project funded through the ARPA program.
3. Request board approve an amendment and extension of an existing professional services agreement with WGM Group Inc. for the Wye Infrastructure Planning project in order to account for additional stakeholder outreach, and additional analysis of water service needed to update an existing preliminary engineering report that will be necessary to implement the plan.
