1. Request board approve chair to sign Amendment One to Task Order (TO) 23-25-5-21-814-0 between the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS) and the Missoula City-County Health Department (MCCHD) for Montana's Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Nutrition Access Program (NAP). This amendment extends the term period only and does not increase the compensation amount. The total compensation to MCCHD for the life of the Contract is $150,000. The remaining amount left to be spent before September 30, 2025, according to MCCHD's Accountant, is $9,037.
