1. Request board approval for purchase of 2025 Ram 2500 in the amount not to exceed $47,000. Vehicle is 100% funded by DNRC Cooperative Fire Protection Capacity Grant awarded to Missoula County. Vehicle will be purchased from Rogers Motors as selected by the State of Montana 2025 vehicle solicitation.
2. Request board approve chair to sign letter to consent to the transfer, assignment and delegation of NewFields Companies' rights and obligations under Section 8 of the existing professional services agreement to NewFields Holdco as part of a change in control transaction.
