1. Request board approve chair to sign Task Order (TO) TO 26-07-3-01-142-0 between Montana DPHHS and MCCHD for the Chronic Disease Prevention and Health Promotion program through December 31, 2025 for the amount of $89,654.50.
2. Request board approve chair to sign amendment three to Task Order 24-25-5-21-014-0 (TO) between the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS) and the Missoula City-County Health Department (MCCHD) for the provision of WIC program services. This Amendment adds additional funding in the amount of $18,000 for FFY25 for general WIC services.
