1. Request board approve funding agreement with the Montana Department of Transportation for the purchase of a flush truck through the Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality program. The total cost of the truck is $299,989 and Missoula County's share is $40,259. The agreement will be sent separately to the Commission Chair only for signature via DocuSign.
2. Request board approve authorize chair to sign facility lease agreement with Montana Stage, LLC, for the use of the stage, infrastructure improvements, and Missoula County Fairgrounds for music concerts and public events.
