- Request board approve scope of work contract amendment with the Montana Department of Commerce related to Missoula Children's Theatre's (MCT) CDBG funded roof replacement. The scope of work change was requested by Grants and Community Resources to reflect MCT's funding of solar installation as reflected on Scope of Work Request (attached).
- Request board approve Task Order 15 in the amount of $25,479. This task order authorizes HDR engineering to work through the start-up requirements for the EPA Grant in the amount of $1,750,000. This grant was awarded to the Lolo water & wastewater treatment facility, and HDR will ensure all Missoula County obligations are met.
- Request board approve an amendment of the contract with HDR Engineering. This extension amounts to $15,000. This amendment covers the additional costs for a weekly update meeting with the Chief Public Works Officer and the Manager of RSID 8901.
