- Request board approve fourth amendment to the Radio Central lease.
- Request board approve amendment No.1 to the professional services agreement with WGM for the design of the Russell Street sidewalk improvement project. The amendment extends the performance schedule, removes one service, and adds $12,153.60 to the agreement for services not originally expected at the time of project scoping in March 2025.
- Request board approve an extension of the date by which DirectTV must exercise the option to extend the lease from May 15, 2026, until July 15, 2026, to allow more time to renegotiate the terms of the lease extension.
