- Request board approve contract with Seeley Lake Community Foundation to provide support from the Community Assistance Fund for their Seeley Lake Area Medical Shuttle program through June 30, 2027, for an amount not to exceed $25,346.
- Request board approve chair to sign Contract 114421 between the Montana Department of Transportation (MDT) and the Missoula City-County Health Department (MCCHD) for the Buckle Up Montana (BUMT) program. Compensation to MCCHD for the amount of $52,694.

- Request board approve up to $55,000 of Tax Increment Financing funds to hire professional consultants to conduct a tax analysis study to develop a clear, objective, and technically accurate explanation of the mechanics of how tax increment financing (TIF) interacts with Montana’s property valuation, taxation, budgeting and mill levy systems so that stakeholders can engage in informed policy discussions based on a common understanding of the underlying mechanics.
- Request board approve and sign the Missoula County Schools' 2026-2027 Final Budgets.
- Claims received as of September 17, 2026 to September 23, 2026 by the Commissioners’ Office total of $820,397.45.
- Request board approve up to $40,000 of Tax Increment Financing from the Wye I Targeted Economic Development District to complete a Preliminary Engineering Report for the Wye Water System in the Wye I Targeted Economic Development District.
