1. Request board approve Ken Marshall, Chief Technology Officer, to sign agreement with CivicPlus for purchase of DocAccess software.
2. Request board approve a maintenance agreement with Montana Department of Transportation (MDT) for South Ave. This is a 10-year agreement with a 10-year automatic renewal. If this agreement is approved, then MDT will send a DocuSign to the commissioners.
3. Request board approve professional services agreement with Structure West for the exterior repainting of the Missoula County Administration Building. Total Contact Value $65,000.
4. Request board approve agreement for a grant awarded to the Missoula ROAD DUI Treatment Court from the National Highway Traffic Safety Funding.
5. Request board approve subrecipient agreement with Homeword, Inc. to allocate up to $110,000 in program income funds to support rehabilitation work at Homeword’s Orchard Gardens, a 35-unit affordable housing project.
6. Request board approve professional services agreement with DJ&A in the amount of $14,714 for the development of a PROTECT grant application for the replacement of Boy Scout Bridge in Seeley Lake.
7. Request board approve professional services contract amendment with Missoula Economic Partnership adding a scope of work for the Green Power Program for outreach services.
8. Request board approve professional services contract with SCJ Alliance for public participation and engagement services to support the comprehensive plan update
9. Request board approve chair to sign quote/proposal to purchase robotic mowers and range picker for $79,998.40.
10. Letter 2026-215 in support of Missoula Economic Partnership's grant application for the Missoula County Economic Recovery & Resilience Initiative
11. Request board accept the grant of two Public Utility Easements from Grant Creek Crossing - Missoula LLC, for areas north of Schramm Road in the Grant Creek Crossing development area.
12. Request board approve chair to sign CDBG Certification of Application to partially fulfill a CDBG application to the State of Montana to partially fund the Old Hellgate Village wastewater system improvements.
13. Request board approve chair to sign resolution to authorize submission of the CDBG Application for financial assistance to support the Old Hellgate Village Wastewater System Improvement Project.
14. Request board approve proposal and confirmation letter for 20 new golf carts and the trade-in of 16 used 2014 golf carts.
15. Letter 2026-214 requesting termination of a Land Use License (LUL) from the Department of Natural Resources and Conservation (DNRC). This LUL was required by the DNRC for storing materials Public Works imported to a gravel pit on DNRC property that Public Works still occupies.
