1. Request board approve an amendment to the purchase agreement for Wye Water System.
2. Request board approve amendment to contract between the Missoula County Detention Facility and Wellpath. The amendment is to capture year three costs of the original five-year agreement.
3. Request board approve professional services agreement with Structure West to provide construction services for the remodel in the Missoula County Risk and Benefits lobby area. Total contract value is $54,985.
4. Request board approve Task Order No. 16 for the HDR Inc. Professional Services Agreement for Lolo RSID 901, executed Sept. 15, 2020, and amended Sept. 4, 2025. This Task Order is for a sum not to exceed $350,000 for engineering services for the design of improvements to both the water and wastewater systems in the district.
5. Request board approve Task Order No. 17 for the HDR Inc. Professional Services Agreement for Lolo RSID 901, executed Sept. 15, 2020, and amended Sept. 4, 2025. This Task Order is for a sum not to exceed $30,000 for engineering services for a Risk and Resilience Assessment and development of an Emergency Response Plan in accordance with federal requirements.
6. Request board approve chair to sign an amendment to the development agreement approved on December 18, 2025. Current agreement is with Montana Stage LLC for the development of a permanent foundation and mobile stage, new electrical service, and paved parking lot on the Missoula County Fairgrounds. The amendment proposes the stage development will be deferred, new electrical service will be modified, and paved parking lot will continue to be constructed.
7. Request board approve escrow agreement related to the DirecTV Second Lease Addendum.
