1. Request board approve Ken Marshall, Chief Technology Officer, sign renewal quote for Adobe licensing used by departments across the county.
2. Request board authorize Chief People & Risk Officer, Erica Grinde, to sign insurance binders for renewal of all insurance policies for Missoula County with the following effective dates:<br><br>7/1/2026-6/30/2027: Property, Liability, Fine Arts, Cyber, Crime (Financial Protection), Machine Boiler & Equipment, Employee Benefits Excess Coverage<br>7/1/2026-6/30/2028: Workers' Compensation Excess Coverage
3. Request board approve amendment to agreement between SmartCommunications and the Missoula County Detention Facility.
4. Request board approve collective bargaining agreement between Missoula County and the International Association of Machinists (IAM) for a period to run July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2028.
5. Request board approve partnership agreement with US Forest Service in the amount of $50,000 to support the work of the Montana Biocontrol Coordination Project, housed within the Department of Ecology and Extension.
6. Request board approve chair to sign via DocuSign a funding agreement with the Montana Department of Transportation to accept $842,411.52 in Senate Bill 536 funding as match for the South Avenue Safe Streets for All project.
7. Request Board approve Professional Services Agreement with Shady Acres Safety Services, LLC for providing amusement ride inspections for the new expanded Western Montana Fair July 31 to August 8, 2026.
8. Request the board approve and authorize Commissioner Vero to sign the grant contract amedment for the STEP grant program.
9. Request board approve chair to sign Task Order 27-07-4-31-130-0 (TO) between the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS) and the Missoula City-County Health Department (MCCHD) for the Immunization program. Compensation to MCCHD for the amount of $72,379.
