- Request board approve and authorize the Chief Administrative Officer to sign the separation closing agreement between PHC and Missoula County.
- Request board approve memorandum of agreement between Missoula County and the Missoula Mountain Bike Coalition for trail construction and maintenance services at Marshall Mountain Park.
- Request board approve second amendment to application for service provider agreement with Personify Health extending the employee wellness technology solution through June 30, 2028.
- Request board approve chair to sign professional services agreement amendment between St Patrick Hospital (SPH) and the Missoula City-County Health Department (MCCHD) for the Coordinated Approach to Child Health (CATCH) program. No increase in compensation to MCCHD.
- Request board approve independent contractor agreement with Flaherty Consulting LLC for Strategic Alliance for Improved Behavioral Health Facilitation services in an amount not to exceed $65,000 for July 15, 2026, to June 30, 2027.
- Request board approve successor collective bargaining agreement between Missoula County and the Montana Federation of Public Employees (MFPE), Federation of Missoula County Employees (FMCE) for the period of July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2028.
- Request board approve and authorize Commissioner Vero to sign the grant contract amedment for the STEP grant program.
- Request board approve chair sign the Montana Department of Commerce Community Development Block Grant Program Contract #MT-CDBG-HSP-25-05 in the amount of $500,000 to support single-family home rehabilitation for low- to moderate income owner-occupied homes to address failing septic systems and health/safety issues.
- Request board approve grant amendment #2 for Lolo Street Bridge. This application will be for the construction and construction administration portion of the Protect Grant. This will take us through the construction closeout.
- Request the board approve chair to sign the Western Region Juvenile Detention Grant Application. The Western Region Juvenile Detention Grant through the State of Montana Board of Crime Control provides grant funds with local match to support both secure juvenile detention costs and non-secure detention costs. Missoula County administers the grant for Flathead, Lake/Sanders, Lincoln, Mineral, Missoula, and Ravalli counties. The total grant award is expected to be $178,519.00, of which Missoula County is expected to receive $59,234.43 based on projected population numbers. Missoula County will also receive an administrative fee, for grant administration, in the approximate amount of $3,570.39.
