- Request board approve successor collective bargaining agreement between Missoula County, Teamsters Union Local #2 and International Union of Operating Engineers (IOUE) local 302.
- Request board approve subrecipient agreement with Seeley Lake Elementary School District in the amount of $26,250 to procure an architectural firm to prepare a Preliminary Architecture Report that examines all alternatives related to rehabilitating and improving the school.
- Request board approve professional services agreement amendment with Montex LLC to provide video screen production services during the first weekend of the expanded 8-Day Western Montana Fair, July 31 through Aug. 2.
- Request board approve an Amendment to the Professional Service Agreement with Voyager Productions to provide audio equipment and services for the extended Western Montana Fair, July 31 to Aug. 8, for an amount not to exceed $46,500.
- Request board approve contract with Emergency Services Consulting International to complete a Fire Needs Assessment study in the Wye I and Wye II TEDD areas for Missoula Rural Fire District and Frenchtown Rural Fire District.
- Request board approve chair to sign award notice and the special condition pages of the Western Region Juvenile Detention Grant. Missoula County is expected to receive $59,234.43 based on projected population numbers and an administrative fee of approximately $3,570.39.
