1. Request board approve amended Parks to Passes Interlocal agreement to support administration of the Parks to Passes BUILD Grant Award.
2. Request board approve an acknowledgment of water share purchase agreement and assumption of liabilities for water mitigation shares associated with the purchase of the Wye Water System.
3. Request board approve agreement amendment with Tonkin Dump Truck & More LLC for increased landscaping services at non-irrigated Missoula County Parks.
4. Request board approve professional services agreement amendment with Matt Merritt Entertainment LLC for three nights of opening acts for the 2026 Missoula Stampede Rodeo.
5. Request board approve employment agreement with David Christiansen, M.D., to continue to serve as Medical Advisor for the Missoula City-County Health Department (MCCHD). Compensation to Dr. Christiansen for an annual net salary of $6,802 and a net grand total of $13,604 for the term of the agreement.
6. Request board approve memorandum of agreement between Missoula County and Trout Unlimited outlining individual and collective objectives, roles and responsibilities associated with restoring a section of Marshall Creek that runs through the Marshall Mountain Park property.
7. Request board approve contract from Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks awarding Missoula County with funding for trail construction at Marshall Mountain Park, with an expected completion date of July 31, 2027, and an award amount not to exceed $40,000.
8. Request board approve and order the cancellation of 2026 taxes for the junk mobile home at 2002 W. Kent St., which will be disposed of by the Missoula County Junk Vehicle Program.
