1. Request board approve professional service agreement with Republic Services Inc. for recycling and waste removal. Total contract value $38,700.
2. Request board approve agreement between the Office of the Court Administrator (OCA) and the Fourth Judicial District and Missoula County for pretrial program
3. Request board approve professional services agreement with Ellis Consulting LLC for technical and strategic advisory support while the County evaluates the feasibility of working with NeighborWorks Montana to establish a homebuyer assistance program for Missoula County residents. This contract will be paid for through the Housing Innovation Fund.
4. Request board approve contract extension with Compliance Monitoring to provide alcohol and drug testing for programs, including pre-trial and misdemeanor probation, for an additional 2 years.
5. Request board authorize chair to sign the Healing and Ending Addiction Through Recovery and Treatment (HEART) grant Contract Amendment Number Four with the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services' Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities Division (DPHHS-BHDD) for $212,686.99 in grant funding for FY27 (contract amendment from state sent via Docusign).
6. Letter 2026-191 in support of Mountain Line federal grant application
7. Letter 2026-192 in support of Trout Unlimited's Bureau of Reclamation WaterSMART Enhancing Water Resources grant proposal requesting $3 million to rehabilitate the Grass Valley French Ditch diversion on the Clark Fork River.
8. Notice and Request to Acknowledge Lawsuit:<em> Karen Truscelli as Personal Representative</em> of the <em>Estate of Logan, et al. v. Missoula County, et al., DV-26-273
