- Request board approve an amendment to the memorandum of agreement between Missoula County and the Missoula Mountain Bike Coalition to include phase 1 construction of bike-specific skill features at the base area of Marshall Mountain Park.
- Request board approve agreement between the Missoula County Employee Benefits Plan (MCEBP) and the Missoula City-County Health Department (MCCHD) for the Prevent T2 Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP). MCEBP will reimburse MPH at the Medicaid billing rate in effect at the time the class is attended or service is rendered.
- Request board approve amendment no. 1 to the professional services agreement with Neely Electric for electrical wiring services related to Public Works' gravel crushing operation. The amendment is in the amount of $35,218 to provide remote power control to all components of the gravel crushing operation in addition to the standard control panel.
- Request board approve an amended contract with District XI Human Resource Council to provide support from the Community Assistance Fund for the Interim Assistance Program through June 30, 2027, for an amount not to exceed the original contract amount of $40,000.
- Request board approve an amended contract with District XI Human Resource Council for their services to assist low-income individuals and families in Missoula County with obtaining Montana birth certificates, out-of-state birth certificates, Tribal identification cards, Montana identification cards, Montana drivers licenses, and Montana REAL IDs through June 30, 2028, for an additional amount of $15,000.
- Request board approve chair to sign Task Order 27-07-3-01-142-0 between the MT DPHHS and MCCHD for the Chronic Disease Prevention and Health Promotion program, internally known as the HUB program (HUB). Compensation to MCCHD for the amount of $226,543.
- Request board approve chair to sign obligating documents and FEMA Foreign National Vetting Compliance letter to accept FY25 Homeland Security Grant award in the amount of $15,000.
