  1. Request board approve professional services agreement with SURF_HL to develop a mission, vision and values with the Technology Department.
  2. Request board approve professional services agreement amendment with All Nations Health Center, amending the PSA dated September 29, 2025, (recorded at B:1119 P:691) to provide funding from the Alcohol Tax Fund through June 30, 2027, for an amount not to exceed $13,329.32. This is the final payment for activities that were provided in FY26.
  3. Request board approve lease amendment with Missoula Correctional Services to extend the date for notice on excising the third renewal of the lease.
  4. Request board approve contract with Missoula Art Museum to provide funding from the Financial Administration Fund through June 30, 2027 for an amount not to exceed $200,000.
  5. Request board approve contract with Family Outreach Inc. to provide funding from the Financial Administration Fund through June 30, 2027, for an amount not to exceed $7,000.
  6. Request board approve contract with Dynamic Recovery to provide funding from the Alcohol Tax Fund through June 30, 2027, for an amount not to exceed $34,325.67
  7. Request board approve contract with Recovery Centers of Montana to provide funding from the Alcohol Tax Fund through June 30, 2027, for an amount not to exceed $47,654.99.
  8. Request board approve contract with Mind Matters Counseling, LLC to provide funding from the Alcohol Tax Fund through June 30, 2027, for an amount not to exceed $34,349.70
  9. Request board approve chair to sign Home Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) Contract #MT-HOME-PI-26-03 with the Montana Department of Commerce. The contract will provide up to $110,000 in program income funds to support rehabilitation work at Homeword’s Orchard Gardens, a 35-unit affordable housing project.
  10. Request board approve contract with All Nations Health Center to provide support from the Substance Abuse Prevention Mill Levy for their youth programming through June 30, 2027, for an amount not to exceed $38,230.
  11. Request board approve contract with Poverello Center, Inc. to provide support from the Community Assistance Fund for their Medical Respite Coordinated Care program through June 30, 2027, for an amount not to exceed $42,122.
  12. Request board approve contract with Missoula Food Bank & Community Center to provide support from the Community Assistance Fund for their Satellite Food Pantry Distribution program through June 30, 2027, for an amount not to exceed $85,000.
  13. Request board approve contract with Community Food and Agriculture Coalition (dba Farm Connect Montana) to provide support from the Community Assistance Fund for their Double SNAP Dollars program through June 30, 2027, for an amount not to exceed $35,055.
  14. Request board approve contract with Missoula Food Bank & Community Center to provide support from the Community Assistance Fund for their Kids EmPower Pack Program through June 30, 2027, for an amount not to exceed $75,000.
  15. Request board approve contract with Missoula City-County Health Department to provide funding from the Alcohol Tax Fund through June 30, 2027, for an amount not to exceed $47,679.02.
  16. Request board approve contract with Friends of the Children of Western Montana to provide support from the Substance Abuse Prevention Mill Levy for their youth mentoring program through June 30, 2027, for an amount not to exceed $32,000.
  17. Request board approve contract with Watson Children's Shelter to provide support from the Substance Abuse Prevention Mill Levy for the Healthy Foundations home-visiting program through June 30, 2027, for an amount not to exceed $32,000.
  18. Request board approve contract with Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) to provide support from the Substance Abuse Prevention Mill Levy for their youth advocate programming through June 30, 2027, for an amount not to exceed $10,000.

  23. Request board approve contract with Garden City Harvest to provide support from the Community Assistance Fund for their Community Gardens and Neighborhood Farms program through June 30, 2027, for an amount not to exceed $40,000.
  24. Request board approve contract with Watson Children's Shelter to provide support from the Community Assistance Fund for Food for Emergency Children's Shelter through June 30, 2027, for an amount not to exceed $4,092.

Request board approve contract with Center for Restorative Youth Justice to provide support from the Substance Abuse Prevention Mill Levy for restorative justice and substance use prevention programming for Missoula County teens at risk of justice system involvement through June 30, 2027, for an amount not to exceed $28,560.
  26. Request board approve contract with Mountain Home Montana to provide support from the Substance Abuse Prevention Mill Levy for their Center for Substance Abuse Prevention, Treatment, and Recovery for young mothers through June 30, 2027, for an amount not to exceed $16,863.
  27. Letter 2026-205 to Axia Realty in support of the residents of Mobile City and Katoonah Lodges Mobile Home Parks.
  28. Request board approve resolution authorizing disbursement of impact fees for the Sheriff's Office design of a new training center as recommended by the Impact Fee Advisory Committee.
  29. Request board approve amendments to the Lived Expert Honorarium Policy. Amendments include clarification regarding approved types of engagement and the addition of technical assistance contact information.
  30. Request board approve resolution authorizing disbursement of impact fees for the West Riverside Community Park as recommended by the Impact Fee Advisory Committee.
  31. Request board approve chair to sign DNRC Grant Authorizing Statement to authorize submission of the DNRC Renewable Resource Grant and Loan Emergency Grant Application for financial assistance to support emergency repairs to the Placid Lake Dam.
