5. <span style="text-transform: uppercase; background-color: rgb(247, 218, 100);">Consideration of approval of Task Order #6 Amendment #1 from Neel-Schaffer for additional professional services to apply for State Revolving Loan (SRF) for the Water Treatment Plant for Well #9.
