1. CONSIDERATION OF EXTENDING THE CONTRACT FOR AN ADDITIONAL TWO YEARS WITH PAFFORD EMERGENCY SERVICES, INC.
2. REQUEST APPROVAL TO ENTER INTO A NEW MOTORCYCLE LEASE AGREEMENT WITH HARLEY-DAVIDSON LEASING, INC. & REDSTONE HARLEY-DAVIDSON FOR (1) EQUIPPED POLICE MOTORCYCLE @ $801.43 FOR 36 MONTHS, THE FIRST MONTH PAYMENT DUE UPON LEASE SIGNING OF $1,001.43 (INCLUDES $200.00 ACQUISITION FEE, TITLE, LICENSE & FIRST PAYMENT). INCLUDED ARE ALL DEPARTMENT REQUESTED ACCESSORIES. FINANCED THROUGH H-D FINANCIAL SERVICE COMMERCIAL LEASE DIVISION.
3. REQUEST AUTHORIZATION TO ACCEPT THE LOWEST QUOTE AND PURCHASE RECREATION SOCCER UNIFORMS FROM HOUSTON PRINT COMPANY, LLC, AT A COST OF $7,145.00.
4. REQUEST APPROVAL FOR THE STARKVILLE POLICE DEPARTMENT TO CONVERT ABANDONED PROPERTY FIREARMS TO SELL, IN ORDER TO PURCHASE SIGHTING AND LIGHT DEVICES. ITEMS WILL SELL TO THE SOUTHERN CONNECTION, WHICH PROVIDED THE HIGHEST OF TWO BIDS, FOR $19,530.00. REMOVE FROM CITY INVENTORY THE ATTACHED SERIAL NUMBER LIST OF ABANDONED PROPERTY.
5. <span style="text-transform: uppercase;">Request authorization to accept the emergency purchase in accordance with MS State statute 31-7-13 from Hydra Service, Inc. in the amount not to exceed $12,567.74 for the pump repair needed for clarifier 3 and rental for the influent lift station construction at the Wastewater Treatment Plant.
6. <span style="text-transform: uppercase;">Approval of Work Authorization 24-01 Amendment with Clearwater Consultants, Inc. for additional engineering services for the Influent Pump Station Rehabilitation project.
