1. Authority of Board President to execute agreement for digital mapping services related to the work of the Rankin County Tax Assessor’s Office. The agreement calls for a two -year commitment on the part of the county at an annual cost of $75,600. Following the conclusion of the initial two-year term, the agreement allows for a renewal for an additional two year term, subject to the discretion of the board of supervisors at a cost to be negotiated between the parties
