1. Authorization for Board President to execute amendment to scope of services agreement and retention agreement originally signed by Rankin County on February 15, 2022, between service provider and county for engineering services related to American Rescue Plan Act Projects. The amended scope of services agreement provides a clarification to the original agreement that is required by the Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality to pay reimbursements to Rankin County of state funded grant proceeds pursuant to the Mississippi Municipal and County Water Infrastructure Program. This action results in NO ADDITIONAL COSTS TO RANKIN COUNTY
2. Authority of Rankin County Tax Assessor to execute settlement agreement resolving the lawsuit styled, TWK Properties, LLC, and Sunset Marina at 43, LLC v. Rankin County, Mississippi; In the Circuit Court of Rankin County, Mississippi; Civil Action No.: 25-cv-317. Said agreement resolves the dispute over the assessed value of the real properties owned and controlled by the Petitioners
3. Authority of the Board President to execute two Memoranda of Understanding between Rankin First Economic Development Authority and Rankin County Board of Supervisors for reimbursement of expenses incurred by Rankin County associated with county road department actions in clearing parcels of property under the control of Rankin First Economic Development Authority benefiting future economic development projects
4. Motion to come out of Executive Session
