And, to authorize the 1st yearly payment of $ 59,537.50. This purchase will be financed with 1 payment of $ 59,537.50 a year for 4 years with a balloon payment due by 1/1/2031, to be paid by the trade-in value of fleet for a new lease/purchase as recommended by the purchasing agent. This purchase will not occur until January 2027, however, this order will need to be approved in advance to get the order placed to build the new golf cart fleet.
