Consider accepting the preliminary plat for The Plains of Pearl Subdivision, with a variance for lots 1, 5, 33, 34, 57, 58, 64-68 to use the setbacks as outlined in the zoning ordinance for R-3 Patio Homes and not be required to provide the 30 foot buffer from the current R-1 zoned property.
