Order to set public hearing for May 19, 2026 to determine whether or not a variance should be granted to The Waltwood Group, LLC. to allow them to develop lots 1-6 with a 70 ft wide lot width instead of the required 80 ft, to develop lots 11-15 where the lot widths and setbacks are measured where lots open up instead of at road right of way, and to allow them to build 1500 sq ft homes instead of the required 2000 sq ft on parcel F07M-16-20.
