Order to adopt a Resolution authorizing and directing the issuance of its not to exceed $3,900,000.00 Urban Renewal Revenue Bonds, Series 2025 (Urban Renewal Projects), for the purposes authorized under Sections 43-35-1 et seq., Mississippi Code of 1972, as amended, including but not limited to, financing the costs of the Urban Renewal Projects and paying the costs incident to the authorization, issuance, sale, validation, and delivery of the Urban Renewal Revenue Bonds; Providing certain covenants of the municipality in connection with the Urban Renewal Revenue Bonds; authorizing the public offering or negotiated sale of the Urban Renewal Revenue Bonds; approving the form of and authorizing the execution and delivery of a placement agreement and bond purchase agreements in connection with the Urban Renewal Revenue Bonds; authorizing the execution, distribution, and delivery, as required, of a preliminary official statement and a final official statement in connection with the Urban Renewal Revenue Bonds; authorizing bond insurance and bond ratings, and authorizing covenants and actions with respect thereto; and for related purposes.
